Apex Legends is one of the many battle-royale games available. It faces big names in its segment like Fortnite, PUBG and others.
Apex Legends differs from other battle-royale with features such as its first person camera (FPS), Hero-Shooter gameplay mechanics and the frenzy confrontations.
However, lately many Apex Legends players have been facing an issue where the Founder’s pack content is missing or locked (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) upon receiving the nex-gen update.
Apex Legends Founder’s pack content missing or locked after next-gen update
Apex Legends Founder’s pack (now unavailable) arrived in 2019 with the game. The pack brought exclusive items and skins, in addition to Apex Coins (the in-game currency).
That said, currently the Apex Legends Founder’s pack content is missing, unavailable or locked for no apparent reason.
Do you own the Founder’s Pack?
If so, I suggest checking to see if it is now locked. Something in the last update caused all of my founders pack content to become inaccessible. I checked my game add-ons and found that the pack had uninstalled itself. However, I reinstalled/power cycled and I am still unable to access the content I paid for.

In many cases, the problem appeared when players installed the Apex Legends next-gen update that has been available for a few days now.
So back in the day I pre ordered the founders pack for apex before the game came out. Once it dropped I got all the founders outfits and badge for the ps4. Well once I downloaded the ps5 version of the game it says I don’t have the founders pack anymore.

Hey I bought the founders pack and the starter pack way back when the game first started. For some reason, both of the badges and the skins they came with are gone. They are both not unlocked for me anymore. I don’t know if this is an issue with transferring from PS4 to the PS5 version.

Founder’s pack content isn’t the only thing missing after the Apex Legends next-gen update. According to reports, the player achievements are also lost.

Respawn Entertainment is already aware of the issue at hand and is investigating. But, there are no details yet on an ETA for a fix.
