Amazon Prime Video 'The Power' episode 6 & 'Dead Ringers' episodes 2 - 5 missing or not available, issue acknowledged

Amazon Prime Video is one of the well-known streaming platforms used by people across the globe. Thanks to its large catalog of movies and web series, one can enjoy binge-watching their favorite content for hours.

The platform also hosts ‘The Power’, which is a British-Canadian science fiction TV series based on Alderman’s novel with the same title.

However, viewers are disappointed as they are unable to enjoy watching the recently launched series in one go.

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9), multiple Prime Video subscribers are facing an issue where they are unable to watch the sixth episode of The Power.

Users say this episode should have been available on the platform by Thursday. But to their surprise, they are unable to watch it even today.

And this can be confirmed by the fact that several users are getting ‘This video is currently unavailable’ error message while trying to access it.

This is understandably quite disappointing for those who received the availability message for the same on the mobile app.

And expectedly, those affected have taken to web forums to enquire about the same.

Nevertheless, the troubles of Amazon Prime Video users don’t end up here.

Prime Video has also recently launched a new horror thriller series dubbed the ‘Dead Ringer’ based on David Cronenberg’s 1998 film.

However, some (1,2,3,4,5,6) are unhappy as they are unable to watch some episodes of the show.

It has been alleged that episodes 2 to 5 are unavailable on the platform. Also, one can only see episodes 1 and 6 in the queue.

Luckily, an Amazon staff member on the Amazon forums says that their technical team is aware of both issues and is currently investigating them.

Although, no specific date for the availability of these episodes has been provided. It was also mentioned that users will be updated as soon as there are any updates.

Having said that, we’ll keep an eye on this situation and update this article if and when there are any further developments regarding the matter.
