Users allege that they have been spending way too much time on the app and never get tired of endless scrolling.

Some say that they are too addicted to social media and keep switching between Instagram, Threads, TikTok and Twitter apps throughout the day. This, without a doubt, is quite concerning.

Interestingly, others assert that the amount of time they spend using it is way higher than the time spent using any other app.

Steps to get a reminder on Threads app to take a break

To set up a reminder, you have to tap on the Profile icon. After doing so, a menu icon (represented by three horizontal lines or dots) will appear at the top-right corner of the screen.

Within the Account settings, you will find the ‘Take a break’ option. After tapping on it, choose the time interval that is suitable for your break reminders.
