The Opera GX browser and the Roblox horror game Forsaken are planning to expand their existing collaboration with a mobile rewards pass. This is slated to launch in August. Once it’s out, players can claim exclusive skins and boosters directly on their phones.

The information comes directly via a reply from the OperaGX account on X. In response to a query about the mobile collab, the company’s handle stated that it’s coming in August.

No exact date was provided; we just know that the mobile version is coming out in August. However, since the Forsaken collaboration ends on August 18 (it’s a 90-day event), we can expect it before that.

The partnership is already live for the PC version. Opera GX users have to download the browser, open the GX Rewards menu, enter their Roblox username, and verify that in Forsaken.

Over seven days, players unlock various rewards, including exclusive skins, tokens, and XP boosters. There are cyberpunk-style cosmetics, and after you redeem them, they’ll permanently be available in the game.

Mobile players have been waiting for a similar rewards system, and we finally have confirmation on that now. It’s good news for those who don’t have a PC to redeem these rewards.

At the moment, exact details on how the collaboration will work on mobile are unclear. Presumably, the GX Rewards section will contain the daily Forsaken rewards, the same as the PC version.

It’s worth noting that the Rewards pass is free, so users don’t have to make any additional in-app purchases to obtain these daily gifts. No Robux purchases are required. In fact, you don’t even have to connect your Roblox account, only verification is required.

If you’re interested in these rewards, you can keep an eye out for Opera’s official communication channels. The company is frequently on its X handle.

Opera GX is known for such quirky collaborations and themes. Recently, we covered a story where the browser had a “67” animation for its 7th anniversary.
