Crave seems to be down and not working for a large number of subscribers across Canada, with reports pouring in of sign-in loops, missing content, and playback errors across multiple devices.

The problem seems to have popped up around 10 PM ET, according to some reports. Users say the app suddenly kicked them out mid-stream and reloaded to a library that looked completely different, almost like the whole thing had been wiped. Shows like Love Island All Stars, The Pitt, Industry, Game of Thrones, and the season finale of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms were either missing or refusing to play. Even the Continue Watching section was gone for many.

The error message most people are running into reads “Please sign in to view this content [5000/951]” and it keeps showing up even for users who are actively logged in.

Trying to sign in again, restarting the app, or switching to a different device hasn’t fixed it. Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and the browser version are all reportedly affected.

One affected user even posted a video on X. You can check it out below:

The problem cropped up shortly after Crave dropped the finale of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and a lot of viewers had that lined up for the evening.
