Update 29/01/26 – 09:02 am (IST): PrizePicks has acknowledged the ongoing outage that’s preventing users from logging into their accounts. The company says it’s working on a fix, but hasn’t shared an ETA for it.
Reports about the problem have been popping up for around an hour.
Original article published on October 27, 2026, follows:
PrizePicks seems to be undergoing some server issues and is causing a mess. The app is freezing mid-game, refusing to load, and worst of all, blocking people from cashing out winning bets. If you’re watching the games and checking your picks, you basically can’t do anything.
Reddit is blowing up right now. Users are flooding the PrizePicks subreddit asking if the app is broken for everyone or just them. It’s not just them. One person says they hit for $8,000 but can’t pull the money out. Another won $2,300 and is getting the same problem. Some players can’t even place new picks while games are happening.
People are restarting their phones five, six, seven times, thinking it’s their device. It’s not. The issue is definitely on PrizePicks’ end. A few users are saying they were trying to do early cashouts when everything froze. One commenter said, “Soon as Aaron Rodgers hit my shit glitched.”
But Reddit isn’t the only place where people are venting their frustrations. X is also seeing similar complaints right now. Users just want to know why they can’t access their money. Some are frustrated that they’ve won and now can’t see their winnings. A couple of people are pointing out the obvious contradiction: PrizePicks takes your money instantly but makes you wait days for payouts.
What’s really rubbing people the wrong way is the timing. These glitches are happening right when games are live and people are actively winning. Some users are half-joking that PrizePicks is doing it on purpose to keep winners from cashing out.
Whether that’s true or not, the damage to trust is real. Users want their winnings as fast as the company wants their bets.
