Update (Jan 10, 3:04am EST): A Reddit user, whose profile suggests they are officially associated with team Feedly, have responded saying that the company is looking into the problem.

Original story (from Jan 10) follows:
Feedly users have been stuck staring at error messages for hours now, with no official word from the company about when things might get back to normal.
The RSS feed reader started throwing “Error: 500 / server error / undefined” messages earlier today, leaving frustrated users unable to access their feeds. I’ve been tracking reports on Downdetector that seem to have kicked off around 5:20 am IST, and our own team is seeing the same error when trying to load the service.
Check this screenshot of the error for reference:
Interestingly, some users report that certain feeds work fine while others crash completely. A few can access their “Today” feed but get errors when trying to view “All” or individual feeds. Others are locked out entirely, getting the 500 error the moment they log in across web browsers and mobile apps.
The Feedly subreddit has been buzzing with complaints for the past three hours, with users comparing notes and trying to figure out workarounds. One person even asked Feedly’s AI Support what was going on, only to get the unhelpful response: “I’m not sure I can help with that. Would you mind rephrasing your question?”
Adding to the confusion, Feedly’s status page continues to claim “All services are online” as of 7:55 PM PST on January 9.
No acknowledgment of the widespread issues, no estimated time for a fix, nothing. For a service that people rely on to stay on top of their news and information, the radio silence is pretty frustrating.
