Players trying to jump into For Honor over the last few hours have been met with a stubborn matchmaking loop and error screens instead of combat. One frustrated player even posted a screenshot of the error that popped up on screen. Check it out below:

Multiple threads have popped up calling out different symptoms at the same time: one thread flagged a halted faction war that appears to be tied to matchmaking failures, another collected reports simply titled servers down again, and a third post also mentioned the 0005000133 error that players are seeing.

Meanwhile, complaints are also surfacing on X from users asking the developers what’s going on.

Interestingly, despite the reports that have been piling up over the last hour or so, Ubisoft’s official For Honor status page claims that there are no issues with the servers at the moment.

Server issues usually get sorted within a few hours, so affected players can expect the game to be up and running shortly. But we’ll keep an eye out for any further developments and will post an update if there’s something to share.
