These updates hint at the potential use of Gemini to suggest strong passwords to Chrome users. The code mentions an “AI-generated text… shown next to a generated password describing it as a suggestion.” This implies that Gemini’s role would be supplementary, offering suggestions alongside Chrome’s built-in password generator.

Other proposed updates within the code seem geared towards improving user experience. These include features like identifying a direct link for password resets and locating password requirements for specific websites. The burden of navigating password management could be significantly reduced with Gemini’s assistance in these areas.
