A new Google Pixel 8a leak has appeared on LinkedIn in what seems like dummy photos of the device shared by leakers who go by xleaks7 and No Name. This adds to several other Pixel 8a rumors and speculations that started doing rounds even before the launch of the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro.

Unlike previously leaked Bay blue and pink images, the Pixel 8a dummy photos posed in an aluminum finish that obviously doesn’t represent any of the potential colorways of the phone. There are four photos shared on LinkedIn showing what the phone could look like from the front, back, and sides. From the front, you can see the huge bezels that have been a cause of concern among fans of Google’s Pixel A series. Previous leaks suggested the Pixel 8a will adopt a design with curvier edges compared to the Pixel 8 or even 7a, something the latest photos seem to corroborate.

Other than this, there is nothing new the leaked images bring to the fold. But we do know the phone will be powered by the Tensor G3 and share some features with the Pixel 8 family, although at this time I can’t give you a full list of these shared features.

There’s no known release date for the Pixel 8a, especially since Google has been quite unpredictable with previous launch dates of devices in the A series. But if we consult recent history, the Google I/O 2024 seems like the most likely candidate, so expect even more leaks, rumors and speculations in the build-up towards this date.
