Fortnite 'Triarch Aurora’s Level Up' quest pack removed from shop, here's the official word

Fortnite players are reporting problems purchasing or being unable to purchase the newly launched ‘Triarch Aurora’s Level Up’ quest pack from the shop.

Players have taken to social media to share their thoughts and experiences with the issue, hoping for further developments on the matter.

Tried to buy the Triarch Aurora quest pack but had a connection error. I come back to the game later and it is no longer in the shop but is also not in my locker and I have all my vbucks. Anyone know what happened here and how I can fix it? (Source)

In the latest update, Fortnite added the ‘Triarch Aurora’s Level Up’ quest pack to the in-game shop.

This new pack includes the Triarch Aurora Outfit, Dawn Aegis Back Bling, Sunrise Spear Pickaxe, and Blazing Dawn Wrap.

After purchasing the bundle, players are required to collect in-game tokens to unlock all of the cosmetics.

Unfortunately, reports (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) claim that even after purchasing the pack, players couldn’t access the quests to receive their rewards.

In some instances, some players claim they couldn’t even complete their purchase of the pack from the store.

As these player grievances piled up, Fortnite had to take action.

In response to the rising reports regarding the issues, the developers took a drastic initiative. They temporarily removed the pack from the Item Shop for an indefinite period.

We are aware players were experiencing issues purchasing Triarch Aurora’s Level Up Quest Pack and have temporarily removed it from the Item Shop. This will return to the Item Shop at a later date. (Source)

However, Fortnite hasn’t made any suggestions or statements about the duration until the pack will be available again for players.
