Original story (published on July 14, 2023) follows:

YouTube Studio serves as a critical tool for content creators to manage their channels’ performance. Since real-time subscriber data is vital for content creators, it also enables them to assess the impact of their content.

That said, the ‘See Live Count’ tab provides real-time analytics, allowing creators to stay updated on their video’s view count, likes, and comments.

However, it seems that the feature is currently bugged as claimed by various content creators.

YouTube Studio ‘See Live Count’ tab blank screen & showing old subs data

According to reports, accessing the ‘See Live Count’ tab within YouTube Studio leads to a blank screen, devoid of any real-time subscriber data (1,2,3,4,5).

@TeamYouTube hello in yt studio it showing 39k subs only but real in YouTube it is showing 40k+ Subs, pls Remove this glitch in ytstudio , beacuse it showing wrong count in ytstudio

@TeamYouTube My YouTube Studio is bugged, my sub count won’t show up and it is behind. It shows 911 while my YT page shows 914. Also when I try to look at my live sub count, it gives me a blank screen.

In other cases, creators have experienced the bug in the form of old subscriber data. The ‘See Live Count’ tab displays subscriber counts that do not reflect the actual real-time statistics (1,2,3,4).

This lack of information prevents creators from understanding their current subscriber count and hampers their ability to measure their channel’s growth accurately.

YT Studio has this thing called “live subscriber count”, which not only lets you see your current subscriber count, but it also lets you see how many subs you had in a specific time period. Recently I tried to use it but nothing loaded up. Since then, I couldn’t have used it on my main account. You see, it DOES work on my another account just fine.

This issue is incredibly frustrating for users and undermines their ability to track their channel growth (1,2,3,4).

Issue acknowledged

Fortunately, YouTube is aware of the issue where creators are experiencing problems when checking the ‘See Live Count’ and is currently looking into it.
