The app has been acting up for several users for the past few hours. Meanwhile, some users also say that they were initially able to get into the app but not anymore.

This is apparently happening due to the heavy traffic on the Sleeper servers. However, some were able to get into the app after struggling for a few hours.

Fortunately, there’s a potential workaround to fix this issue. For both Android and iOS, uninstalling the app and then re-installing it seems to have worked.

And while the support team confirmed that they fixed the issue in the latest version, fresh reports suggest that users are still having problems.

Moreover, they suggested those affected to force quit and restart the app. Hence, you can also try this solution and see if it helps.
