10:42 am (IST): It appears that the recent maintenance has ended and the update has released.

08:13 am (IST): Players have resorted to X to report that they are currently unable to play or matchmake on Xbox in online games. Fortunately, Madden’s support team confirmed that they are aware of this issue and have temporarily disabled cross-play.

09:54 am (IST): The previous matchmaking issues on Xbox have been resolved, and cross-play is now available on all platforms.
