If The Criterion Channel is currently down, not working or loading for you, then fret not, you’re not the only one facing these woes.

Several users have reported that the platform is acting up for them. And as a result, they can’t watch their favorite movies.

While some say that it’s timing out or crashing, others are getting code-1 error message. Here are some reports for reference:

Moreover, some are reporting that it is freezing for them after playing for a few minutes.

It appears that the The Criterion Channel servers are currently facing technical difficulties that needs to be fixed. And we hope that the support team resolve the problem soon since people aren’t able to watch the channel.

Unfortunately, the support team hasn’t yet acknowledged the reports concerning this issue. And so, the actual cause of it is currently unknown.

Furthermore, we haven’t come across any potential workaround that can fix this problem. Hence, you’ll have to wait until devs come up with the official fix.
