Pinterest website 'blank' or not working on Safari for some users

Multiple Pinterest users are complaining that they get greeted with a blank page instead of the expected content when opening the website on Safari.

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9), the Pinterest website has not been opening or working properly for the past few days.

It appears that the issue mostly pops up when one accesses the portal with Safari browser. However, it’s noteworthy that some users are encountering this problem across other browsers and platforms as well.

Interestingly, a few get an ‘It looks like we are having trouble connecting. Please check your internet connection and try again’ error when opening the website.

Those on macOS Catalina are also allegedly experiencing difficulties while trying to launch the website on Safari. However, they can utilize it on Chrome without any hiccups.

Still, it appears that the problem is not limited to some specific browsers and has been persistent due to some glitches on the backend.

Some are even worried that the developers might take a lot of time to understand and address the bug.

Those affected have tried rebooting their devices, but to no avail. And understandably, they have taken to web forums to express their concerns and ask for a fix.

Luckily, we have come across a workaround that might help solve your problem. It is recommended that you use the official Pinterest app until the problem is resolved.

Unfortunately, Pinterest has not officially responded to the matter. But we are hopeful that they will resolve this issue soon.
