Madden 24, the highly anticipated football video game, is off to an exciting start, but not without a few hiccups. Some Madden 24 players are reporting that Deluxe preorder points and rewards are missing.

Developed and published by Electronic Arts (EA), Madden 24 is currently available in early access and is set for public release on August 18.

However, an unfortunate glitch like this has left several gamers without the goodies they were expecting. Another issue preventing some players from diving into the game is the early access not launching.

Furthermore, some players also reported that the superstar mode is missing or unavailable for them.

Having said that, players who preordered the Deluxe edition are finding themselves missing out on the promised preorder bonus rewards and points.

Regrettably, we haven’t come across any potential workaround that can bring back the missing rewards.

One of the highly anticipated features of Madden 24 is the early access. It grants eligible players the opportunity to jump into the game ahead of the official release date.

However, this exciting prospect turned into a disappointment for some players. As the early access period began, a section of players found themselves unable to launch the game at all.

Some players get a message that asks them to wait until the official release, while others say that the play button is greyed out. Moreover, some are getting ‘Failed to launch game’ error.

Luckily, there’s a potential solution for PC players affected by the early access issue. This can be fixed by restarting the game launcher.

Unfortunately, EA support hasn’t yet acknowledged these issues. However, we will make sure to update this article with latest information as and when anything noteworthy comes up.

12:00 pm (IST): The support team has acknowledged the issue where rewards or points are missing. It affects PS5 players and the team is currently investigating.

10:06 am (IST): After a fix, all PlayStation players are able to receive the purchased points. And if players logged into PS4 prior to the fix, the team is working to restore points on PS5.

10:17 am (IST): On August 15, EA took to Twitter to state that the pre-order content for PS4 and PS5 console generations will be made available to Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Edition players.

Deluxe Pre-Order Offer Update:
Players who pre-ordered the Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Edition will receive pre-order content on both console generations. (ex. PS4 & PS5)
