Call of Duty Mobile has finally been launched. It is the first free-to-play Call of Duty title. The game brings in the richness of Call of Duty franchise to the mobile platform. The game has already received more than 1 million downloads on Android.
Well, millions of players who have tuned in to the game on the very first day have put some load on game servers. Due to the load on the server, many players are experiencing connectivity & login issues. Many players have taken to Twitter to express their concerns. Have a look at some complaints down below.
Fret not, Activision has taken note of these issues & is currently working to fix them. In an official tweet, Activision has stated the following:
Rest assured: we’re keeping a continuous tab on this issue, and whenever any update or the fix arrives for the same, we will update the column. So in case, you’re encountering the problem discussed here, stay hooked for updates.
For a quick refresher, Call of Duty mobile features both multiplayer & battle royale mode in the game. The game features the following multiplayer modes: Domination, Deathmatch, Hardpoint, and Frontline. Battle Royale mode for the game unlocks at level 7.
Call of Duty Mobile also features a Battle Pass similar to Fortnite & Players Unknown Battle Grounds. Call of Duty Mobile has a Premium Pass which costs 800 CP, and there is also a Premium Plus Pass which is priced at 2000 CP. Call of Duty Mobile Battle Pass has been divided into 200 tiers.
Call of Duty Mobile features Scorestreaks instead of Killstreaks. The list of Killstreaks available for the game is the following: UAV, Recon Car, Air Supply Drop, Counter UAV, Missile Strike, Drone, Sentry Gun, SAM Turret, Stealth Chopper, VTOL, and Hunter Killer Drone.

Update 3 (Nov. 09, 2022)
According to server status platforms like Down Detector, COD: Mobile is currently down or not working for many players.
Update 4 (Jul. 21, 2023)
Multiple COD Mobile players are currently unable to log into the game (1, 2, 3) due to error codes (‘Authorization error 5B1302’ or ‘Authorization error 58100’). Devs are reportedly aware of the issue.
Update 5 (Jul. 21, 2023)
The reports related to the ‘Authorization error’ stopped appearing a few hours ago, so it seems that the game is already accessible.
