Is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate reward coming back on Microsoft Bing? Here's what to know

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a comprehensive membership service that caters to the diverse needs of players.

It grants access to a vast assortment of games, facilitates multiplayer interactions, and provides handy cloud gaming options.

The service allows gamers to immerse themselves in a rich gaming experience while also receiving additional perks and benefits.

Microsoft also allows one to earn points by answering surveys, completing quizzes, searching on Bing, and much more.

These points can then be redeemed for incentives like gift cards, Xbox Live Gold subscriptions, and even hardware such as controllers and consoles.

Although, one needs to be an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber and have a Microsoft account linked to their Bing account.

However, lately there have been reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) that the Game Pass Ultimate reward has been disappearing for some players.

It has been alleged that the Pass is no longer redeemable in the Microsoft Rewards section.

In addition to this, it has been removed from their ‘My Goal’s’ section as well. And this is not good news for all those who had been collecting points for a long time. Hopefully, this is just a temporary situation.

A gamer mentions that they redeemed for another month of Game Pass Ultimate after reaching 12,000 points.

However, a few hours later, they received an email claiming that there were problems processing their transaction and that the order had been canceled.

Notably, there have also been reports where the option to redeem Xbox Game Pass became available on the rewards app, but later got removed.

This has made some speculate that Microsoft might be considering removing the reward altogether as part of a massive restructure after the acquisition of Activision.

However, Microsoft has not made any official announcements on this subject.

Alternatively, it’s quite possible that the pass was removed after people exploited a recent glitch where the one-month Game Pass Ultimate reward was providing codes for three months.

Although the reward is currently unavailable for this reason, there is a possibility that it may be reintroduced in the near future after Microsoft addresses this issue.
