Dragons: Titan Uprising is an exciting mobile game that immerses players in the fascinating world of DreamWorks Animation’s “How to Train Your Dragon” franchise.

This game allows players to go on adventurous journeys where they may hatch, raise, and train their own team of fearsome dragons.

However, like any other game, Dragons: Tita Uprising has its fair share of bugs and issues as well.

Dragons: Titan Uprising getting stuck on loading screen

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), multiple Dragons: Titan Uprising players are facing an issue where they are repeatedly getting stuck on the loading screen.

Some also allege that they receive ‘An unknown error occurred’ message along with the error code -1 whenever they try to access it on their phone or iPad.

Others claim to be getting this error whenever they try to enter the arena. In addition to this, they are no longer able to login to the game.

It has also been asserted that the issue popped up after the July 7 maintenance update.

And this is undeniably bad news for all those who have been unable to enjoy playing the game with their friends in multiplayer mode for the past few days.

A gamer complains that initially they received such an error when trying to reroll on thawfest battles. But they are now getting this error on the loading screen itself.

I haven’t been able to load my game for almost a day, just like last time, but the message doesn’t say anything about maintenance.

Another player claims that even though the ‘Alpha tab’ appears blank, they are able to use the rest of the game normally.

And understandably, those affected have taken to Reddit and Twitter to ask for a fix.

Gamers have tried common troubleshooting steps like tinkering with various settings and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but to no avail.

Fortunately, the Dreamworks Dragon team is currently reviewing these issues and will hopefully release a fix soon.
