Gunfight is a unique mode where two teams of two players each face off in a round-based match. What sets Gunfight apart is its intense gameplay mechanics.

There are no respawns and no health regeneration, making each life precious and strategic.

Additionally, all players are assigned the same randomized loadout at the start of each round, ensuring a level playing field for all participants.

However, the Gunfight game mode has been removed from the game after the latest update leaving COD: Modern Warfare 2 players disappointed
(1,2,3,4,5,6,7).

Gunfight has been a favorite among the Call of Duty community due to its fast-paced nature, high stakes, and strategic gameplay.

It provides an adrenaline-fueled experience that keeps players on the edge of their seats, constantly analyzing the situation and making split-second decisions.

The removal of Gunfight from the playlists in Season 4 without any prior notice has come as a shock to players, leaving them disheartened and longing for its return.

It is crucial for developers to value and listen to their player base. The Call of Duty community has been instrumental in the franchise’s success, and their feedback plays a vital role in shaping the game.

The sudden removal of Gunfight without proper communication or explanation has left players feeling disconnected and unappreciated.

12:54 pm (IST): A player suggested that the removal of Gunfight from the playlist was to prevent players from completing too quickly the challenges from the latest MX Guardian Battle Pass tier.

All of the challenges to unlock that new battle pass tier are shotgun related, which would mean we could have played gunfight to easily get all of those challenges, so they removed it to make it to where we don’t have the option to just get the new shotgun passively through playing gunfight which has a lot of shotgun blueprints.
