Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro are Google’s latest iteration of Pixel phones launched in 2022. However, ever since the launch, users have reported various kinds of issues with these duo.

Users have been facing problems such as network dropping, inconsistent Bluetooth connectivity, and battery drain issues to name a few.

And now a new bug has surfaced which is making contacts disappear. As per the reports, some Pixel 7 and 7 Pro users reported that Contacts are missing or disappearing even though the Sync option is ‘on’.

Moreover, some users also reported that when they try to restore their contacts, they get an error.

Fortunately, this issue has been acknowledged and the support team has confirmed that it is being investigated. However, they didn’t provide any ETA for the fix.

In the meantime, we have come across some workarounds that might help you fix this glitch. One of those affected recommended users to check their ‘Recycle bin’ in Contacts and restore missing ones from there.

If the aforementioned workaround doesn’t help you fix this glitch, then you can try out another solution mentioned below.
