As players celebrate their victory, a cutscene or celebration video initiates, only for the game to crash before the sequence concludes. Moreover, the win is not recorded, forcing players to replay the match.

Unfortunately, this repetitive cycle of crashes persists, severely hampering the enjoyment and progress of players participating in both custom and standard Franchise modes.

To exacerbate matters, reports of this bug have been circulating for several days, leaving players eagerly awaiting a solution.

Need franchise bug fixed. Not being able to finish my franchise season due to crashing in the championship makes me want to get Diablo. I’m trying to resist but may succumb to it.
