iPhone 14 Pro battery health degradation concerns emerge

Multiple iPhone 14 Pro owners (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) are witnessing an issue where the battery health keeps degrading at a fast rate. And this is undeniably quite concerning for all those who make use of this phone as their daily driver.

It is important to note that a certain level of battery health degradation is expected over time. And this is influenced by a variety of factors, including different usage patterns and environmental conditions.

However, a significant degradation of the battery’s health in a short span of time is, without a doubt, not acceptable. Some have started experiencing a drop in battery health after upgrading their iPhones to iOS 16.4.

Notably, users are witnessing this issue on their recently purchased smartphone units as well.

One of those affected says that they purchased the smartphone at the time of launch, and as of now, it only has 87 percent battery health remaining.

Another impacted user alleges that the battery health of their eight-month-old iPhone 14 Pro has already declined by eleven percent. They also assert that they have never experienced such a fast battery degradation problem.
