The beloved character Miles Morales, who gained immense popularity through his portrayal in movies and comics, joins the Fortnite roster.

One of the notable additions is the inclusion of web shooters, allowing players to swing through the Fortnite map with the same agility and style as the web-slinging superhero.

Fortnite also recently released a patch that brought about significant changes to the gameplay particularly nerfs to two prominent items, namely the ‘Heavy Sniper’ and the ‘Grenade’.

The Heavy Sniper, a weapon renowned for its ability to effortlessly dismantle structures and eliminate opponents from afar, was a favorite among Fortnite players.

Its sheer power and precision made it a force to be reckoned with, allowing skilled marksmen to take down enemies with ease.

However, the latest patch has diminished the weapon’s structural damage, rendering it significantly less potent and effective.

The joy that was once associated with using the Heavy Sniper to destroy enemy fortifications and gain a tactical advantage has seemingly vanished into thin air.

The Grenade, another item that has been significantly affected by the recent patch, has also seen a reduction in its effectiveness (1,2,3,4,5).

Previously, grenades were utilized for swift eliminations, area denial, and completing specific in-game challenges.

However, with the latest nerf, the damage inflicted by grenades has been diminished to such an extent that even if a player stands directly on top of one, the resulting damage is negligible.

Grenades were often used as a tool to clear out enemy fortifications or create chaos within a congested area, but their reduced damage output now makes them less appealing for such purposes

While devs often implement balance adjustments to ensure fair and enjoyable gameplay for all, it is not uncommon for players to experience frustration and disappointment when their favorite weapons or items are nerfed.

The recent nerf to the Heavy Sniper and Grenade in Fortnite have undoubtedly elicited such sentiments from the community.

It remains to be seen how the Fortnite players will adapt to these changes and discover new strategies and weapons to excel in the ever-evolving world of battle royale.
