Virgin Media is one of the UK’s biggest telephone, TV and internet providers. Thousands of users rely on the company’s services to stay connected.

Virgin Media customers can access multiple plans that combine TV with broadband. The most affordable plan offers internet at 132Mbps, while the most advanced offers 1130Mbps along with 230+ channels and other perks.

An outage on Virgin Media’s broadband services can leave many people disconnected. It could even happen that both internet and TV services are not working at the same time.

So, for those occasions when there is a disruption to any of the key Virgin Media services throughout 2023, we have created this tracker that will keep you up to date on the status of the situation.

[September 27; 10:33]: The recent outage has been fixed.

[September 26; 17:40]: Virgin Media broadband down again.

[September 7; 14:20]: Users report a new internet outage that’s been acknowledged.

[August 24; 17:33]: The recent internet outage has been fixed.

[August 23; 12:10]: Several users are experiencing an internet outage that has been going on for several hours.
