Those interested in acquiring official sets can do so through the official website. However, this is not actually possible because the LEGO website is down or not loading.

LEGO website down, not loading or working during ‘May 4th’ Star Wars LEGO sets launch

Multiple reports indicate that the LEGO website is in the midst of a server outage that prevents users from being able to purchase products (or even check their accounts).

According to reports, the LEGO website is throwing ‘404 error’ and ‘504 error’ messages to users.

Many are upset because they stayed up until the wee hours to take advantage of the best deals before they sold out. But, they are currently unable to even access the website.

LEGO also released a new collection of Disney mini figures on the same day as the ‘May 4th’ Star Wars sets. So, it seems that the interest from the fans of two huge franchises was too much for the LEGO site servers.

There is still no official word on the issue from the LEGO team. We will update this story as events unfold in the future.

Update 1 (May 1, 2023)

Update 2 (May 2, 2023)

07:05 pm (IST): Reports (1,2) suggest that users had been experiencing issues with the website like slow server speed and were unable to redeem codes as well.

Update 3 (September 1, 2023)

10:26 am (IST): According to fresh reports (1, 2, 3), LEGO website is currently down or not working for some.

However, there’s a potential workaround to fix the issue. You can check it out below.
