Apple launched its credit card in partnership with Goldman Sachs back in 2019. It has been designed specifically to work with Apple Pay on Apple devices, such as an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac.
However, some customers are unhappy as they have missed out on the daily cash promo.
Apple Card 5% or 10% Daily Cash promo
Recently, Apple introduced a new daily cash promo for Apple Card owners which offers them either 5% or 10% cash back on shopping at grocery stores.
And as per the official announcement, the offer is valid till May-end and only available to select customers who have received an email from the company.
However, some cardholders assert that they have been seeing this promo directly on their Wallet app without any email, which has got them confused.
Notably, a section of Apple card owners who have been using the credit card to pay for groceries have not got the offer.
Due to this, they (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) have been missing out on 5% or 10% Daily Cash promo on grocery shopping for quite some time.
And understandably the cardholders are sad and disappointed and have taken to the web forums to complain about the same.
Anyone got the direct link straight from the email? It might be a way to kickstart the promotion.

Some Apple cardholders are now even thinking of canceling their credit card. However, a Reddit user is of the view that Apple made the cashback restricted to only those who use the card to shop for groceries frequently.
And by doing this, the company wants to motivate more people to make use of the card for the same. But as of now, it’s unclear why only some people are receiving it and others aren’t.
