XDefiant beta code is non redeemable or not working for some; others still haven't received it

Developed by Ubisoft, XDefiant is an upcoming first-person shooter video game. Shortly after the game’s closed beta debut, it became one of the most popular games to be streamed on Twitch.

However, some are unhappy as they are unable to use the beta code to install the game on their devices.

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9), multiple players are experiencing difficulties when redeeming the beta code for the game. Apparently, they are getting continuously stuck on the loading screen.

And this has made some speculate that there might be a lot of load on the servers. While on the other hand, another section of gamers claims that the code they have received on their email does not work.

They also mentioned that they get a ‘This code has already been used’ error on using it. Understandably, this is frustrating for all those who have been trying to redeem the received code for hours.

Some players even get the error message as soon as they choose Xbox in the platform selection field.

Whenever I try to redeem a code, it shows a continuous loading screen. Is there a way to fix this on my end, or is it just because there are a ton of people doing it right now?

Luckily, we did come across a workaround that may help solve your problem. A Redditor recommends that you create a new account and re-generate the invite link in order to get a new code.

Nevertheless, troubles don’t end here.

XDefiant players (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) also complain that they do not get the code on their email after having registered for the invite. Allegedly, they have not received it even after a day or two of registering.

Gamers are also facing this problem after having claimed beta access from Twitch. Also, this issue affects players across multiple platforms.

I was supposed to get a email about a code from a twitch drop but it never came Xbox.

We are hopeful that Ubisoft will resolve these issues soon.
