Verizon users slam poorly designed website (hard to navigate), and they now want it revamped
Verizon is a popular American mobile network operator that caters to the needs of millions of consumers. Apparently, some Verizon users are unhappy as they are facing a lot of issues in using the company’s website.

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), multiple users complain that the Verizon website’s layout or design is poor. It is alleged that the portal is hard to navigate, making it very difficult for one to find any information or resource.
Along with this, multiple links on the site are broken. Due to this, users are also experiencing problems while shopping or trading in their mobile phones from the official portal.
And as a result, users are frustrated and annoyed and have taken to web forums to express their concerns.
One of the affected users claims to be facing issues even when trying to make changes to their active subscription plan.
Another user alleges to be getting errors on the majority of the web portal. They also say that are unable to change their profile settings or redeem a coupon.
@Verizon wireless might have the worst website of all time. Insane that a corporation of that size would have a website that bad.
If there’s one thing about Verizon, it’s that their website and app are always gonna have issues.
Those affected are now requesting the company for a complete redesign of the official site. However, the troubles of Verizon customers don’t end up here.
Glitchy website with constant login issues
This is understandably, quite a mood breaker and time-consuming for those who are in immediate need of any of the company’s services.
A user says that they are unable to login on both the company’s mobile app or website. They also add that this happens as the user authentication process fails to complete, time and again.
I have Verizon Fios, and I have trouble logging into my online account during the past few days.
The website has constant bugs and errors like this one. Anyone else frustrated by this?
Users have tried switching between different web browsers but were unable to browse the site without any hiccups.
They even claim to have contacted Verizon support in this regard, which, unfortunately, was not of much help to them.
We are sincerely hoping that these issues will be rectified soon.
