Telstra is a company that offers telecommunications services throughout the territory of Australia. Its catalog includes not only calls, mobile data and home internet, but even pay TV plans.
However, currently multiple Telstra users are facing an issue where the company’s mobile network services are down or not working.
Telstra network down, not working or undergoing an outage
According to recent reports, there are several cases of Telstra users without phone signal. This prevents them not only from accessing the internet via mobile data, but also from making or receiving calls.
Yes there is an outage. I’m in North Sydney and Telstra 3G, 4G and 5G all not working … currently on Wi-Fi.

The issue reportedly started with intermittent phone signal, and later escalated to a total outage in the carrier’s mobile services.
The Telstra team is already aware of the situation, and its support team confirmed that it is all due to an issue with some of their base stations. Also, the area affected by the outage is New South Wales.

05:13 pm (IST) Fresh reports (1, 2, 3) suggest that Telstra mobile network services are again down or not working for a section of users.

09:00 am (IST): The recent outage with Telstra mobile network has been resolved.
