Coinbase is one of the most popular platforms to exchange, send, receive, and store cryptocurrencies. XLM is one of the crypto tokens that can be exchanged on the platform using the website or mobile app.

However, several users have been unable to make XLM transactions due to performance instabilities. Last year, Coinbase experienced similar issues with BTC transactions to Taproot addresses.

Coinbase XLM transactions not working

Coinbase users are reporting (1,2,3,4,5,6) that XLM transactions are not working or delayed. In some cases, transactions aren’t being completed as their status is stuck on ‘Pending’.

Typing ‘XLM’ in the coinbase search bar only leads to a ‘No results’ error message further preventing users from accessing their cryptocurrency.

It appears that the problem has been affecting users for about 3-4 days. Some have taken to social media platforms like Twitter to raise their concerns.

The team is already working on a fix but they do not have an ETA for the same.

As this is likely a backend problem, there aren’t any workarounds to fix it temporarily. This means that affected ones can only wait for the devs to find the root cause and resolve the issue.

We’ll keep an eye on this matter and update this story to reflect noteworthy developments.
