[Updated] Roblox R6 character issues where users can't equip hair & 'Woman Bundle' not working (defaults to 1.0) come to light

Roblox is a popular game that allows you to build entire virtual worlds through an intuitive system. The game is available on many platforms, including macOS and Fire OS.

Roblox offers many options to customize your personal avatars. For instance, a world with support for the Roblox R6 system allows characters to be built with 6 body parts.

However, the system is experiencing some issues during character customization. Some players are actually unable to equip hair or properly implement the ‘Woman Bundle’ on their Roblox R6 character (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

Roblox players can’t equip hair on an R6 character

Roblox’s customization system allows you to add hair to your character. However, this is not working properly in Roblox R6 worlds as the hair disappears when the player equips a Layered Clothing to the character.


@KonekoKittenYT I think you might need to hear that Roblox has now removed the hair feature for r6 and it has pissed me and many other players off. Check twitter, people are going insane.

Ik I’m not trippin, my roblox got updated and now I cannot wear any hair while in r6, nor can I equip more than one hair, it literally says “ maximum 1 hair is allowed” what do I do?!? I’ve tried equipping hair on 3 different devices now?? #roblox #robloxdev #help

Roblox R6 ‘Woman Bundle’ also not working for some

The other issue is related to the ‘Woman Bundle’, which is making characters look ‘blocky’ with ‘chunky’ arms in Roblox R6 worlds (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12).


do they know that the avatars aren’t working or is it just me bc when I wanna but the women body on it goes to the blocky idk what’s happening it might be a bug or a glitch but I’m wondering if they know that this is happening right now?

In some cases the Roblox ‘Woman Bundle’ is even listed as ‘no longer supported’ (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).

Some people got problems with R6 Characters when Layered Clothing came out. If you set your Roblox Characters to R6, it will remove hairs and another one is that the Woman Bundle is no longer supported. You have to switch to R15 in order to wear items like hair which sucks!!

It’s worth pointing out that both the hair customization and the Woman Bundle work correctly in Roblox worlds that are compatible with more customization formats (such as R15).

There is still no official acknowledgment on both issues from the developers. We will update this story once new events on the subject emerge.

Update 1 (April 04, 2023)

07:25 pm (IST): Fresh reports just coming in confirm some Roblox users are experiencing an issue with equipping the hat on the character. Others are bald, with reports of accessories also not loading.


@Roblox we are all bald some of accessories are gone something going on with the avatar section cause my sloth accessories is not visible in games no more only robux items are acting up

lol @Roblox my hat doesn’t load onto my character. i put it on but it’s not on my avatar in the game. am i doing something wrong?

While Roblox has yet to say anything official, a quick look at the Downdetector website reveals the platform may be experiencing an outage, which could be the reason behind the hat and other accessories not loading properly.
