The Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra is one of the premium smartphones that debuted in 2022. It boasts an amazing front-facing camera for selfies and video calls in addition to a triple camera system on the back.

Other notable features include an under-display fingerprint sensor, 5G connection, Bluetooth 5.2, and a long-lasting battery with fast charging and wireless charging compatibility.

However, some Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra users (1,2,3,4,5) have taken to social media platforms to report that their devices are still stuck on the December update.

Even though Motorola promised that it would begin distributing the Android 13 update to compatible smartphones in early 2023, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra has not yet received the update.

Tired of relentlessly waiting, some users are even asking for a refund now. Sadly, it’s not the first time we’re seeing such an issue as several Motorola users recently voiced their concerns regarding the delay in the Android 13 update.

Not just that, some Moto Edge 30 owners are also complaining about the same. However, their devices only display the most recent security update, and the Android 13 update never appears.

So far, Motorola hasn’t commented on the issue where Moto Edge 30 Ultra devices are yet to receive the Android 13 update. Also, the reason resulting in the delay in the update is still unknown.

We hope that the team fulfills its promise and rolls out the update to the Edge 30 Ultra and other devices at least before the end of this first quarter.
