The live-streaming segment is dominated by big names like Twitch. However, new emerging services like Kick are looking to compete directly against these ‘giants’.

The Kick app has been available for a few hours on iOS devices, while the Android app will arrive in a couple of days. But it seems that multiple users have been facing issues when trying to log in.

Apparently, several Kick app users on iOS devices are currently unable to login and instead, they are getting an ‘Error: Push Token’ message.

Multiple reports indicate that iOS users are dealing with annoying login issues when trying to access the app. The potential origin of the problem could be an overload on the servers due to overwhelming demand.

First, there are cases where the ‘login’ button is simply broken or does nothing when tapped:

There are even some users for whom the platform is not accepting the access code from 2FA services:

I got into the @KickStreaming app but can’t get past 2FA 😭😭😭 it won’t except the number from the authorization app

Also, users who have been able to log in report that the current app behavior is a bit buggy. Although this is expected when we talk about an initial release.

Got the @KickStreaming app working some bugs but a lot of potential like damn this looks amazing I guess it’s time to grind even tho I still do YouTube rip

It’s worth pointing out that Kick devs had acknowledged the issue stating that they were already working on a fix. However, that acknowledgment was removed shortly after for unknown reasons:
