Atomic Heart has recently received the v1.3.4.0 patch which introduces bug fixes to some known issues and improvements to the game’s VFX and UI.

For instance, it resolved the environment collision issue before the final boss battle as well as fixed the bug where the last puzzle room in the Magnetic Shock Absorption Zone would load incorrectly.

The patch also addresses a glitch that caused the game to crash when loading autosave in the Algae Workshop.


However, it looks like some problems with the game persist despite the most recent patch.

Atomic Heart achievements not counting

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), multiple players are facing an issue where the in-game achievements cannot be obtained or are not counting properly.

Allegedly, multiple achievements are broken as the counts are not adding up correctly. The issue has been persistent for the past few weeks and remains unresolved even with the latest patch.


A players claims that achievements involving tracked percentage are mostly bugged. They also allege that their progress gets reset when they try to re-load or close the game.

Another gamer says that they are unable to get the achievements even after winning the final battle.

Even though they have tried to play the game from an old save game file and fight the boss again, they could not obtain the achievements.


So I decided to give Atomic Heart a go after waiting for a few patches and I’m Really enjoying it!….with the exception of the broken achievements

Some one with ” HotHead ” achievement bugged? For me, the track is stuck on 84%. Another one with the same issue? Possible fix?

Gamers are now requesting the developers to resolve the issues with bugged achievements as soon as possible.

However, the troubles of Atomic Heart players don’t end up here.

Plyusch boss not spawning or despawning

Some Atomic Heart players (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) are also reporting that the Plyusch boss despawns at random occurrences or does not spawn at all.

One of those affected says that Plyusch leaps out of the canister and instantly despawns as soon as it touches the ground. They claim to have loaded multiple old save game files, but the issue still persists.

Another gamer complains that the Plyusch boss does not even spawn in the ‘Tremors’ quest.


Ay any way to fix the Plyusch boss fight to get Claire’s left arm as it just spawns and disappears I have no clue how to fix it.

When are you going to fix the mini bossfight bug with Plyusch? He is disappearing and you can’t progress the story with this error.

Players have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times but with no success. And despite earlier claims by the developers to have fixed the bugs, they still persist even after the recent update.

Fortunately, the Mundfish support team on Twitter has acknowledged the issue. Although no official ETA for the bug fix has been released.


We do hope that Mundfish resolves the persistent issues soon.

Having said that, we’ll keep tabs on the issues where achievements are not counting properly and the Plyusch boss is not spawning or despawning in Atomic Heart and update this article accordingly.
