Respawn Entertainment released Apex Legends as a battle royale FPS with a Hero-Shooter twist. The game has been available since 2019 on multiple consoles and platforms.

The popularity of Apex Legends has been boosted recently thanks to its new next-gen update with better graphics and performance. Furthermore, it will now be available on mobile devices (Android and iOS).

However, the game is currently experiencing some issues related to the latest battle pass progress and purchased Apex Coins.

More specifically, Apex Legends is experiencing issues where many players are randomly receiving free battle pass levels after the v12.1 update. Meanwhile, others are not receiving the Apex Coins they purchased with real money.

Many Apex Legends players are experiencing an issue where they are not receiving their corresponding Apex Coins (the in-game currency) after purchasing packs with real money (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11).

Apex coins missing

I’ve noticed a lot of people with this problem recently, but I was wondering if anyones found a clear solution on what to do. I bought nearly 120$ of apex coins and never received them. I’ve waited the 24 hours and I bit past it now, I restarted my Xbox, restarted my game multiple times, even uninstalled and reinstalled. But nothing has seemed to work.

Apparently this happened to players who made the purchase at a time when the Apex Legends servers were experiencing issues (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).

Free battle pass levels bug after v12.1

According to multiple reports, some players are also randomly getting many levels unlocked from the latest Apex Legends battle pass after the v12.1 update (1, 2, 3, 4).

I just suddenly recieved seventeen battle pass levels. How do I contact support?

I just logged in for the first time after installing the update and it said received 200 premium currency, and then 100 twice. I went from BP LV 80 to 97 and I want to get this removed because I don’t know how this happened, besides this I’m still the same level. I’m not spending any coins or opening packs but idk how this happened.

Anyone else get random 20 levels to their battle pass with the update?

Pretty much what the title says, I loaded up the new collection event and last night I was battle pass level 52, and now I’m 72? Did something happen where they gave levels, or did my game glitch?

The EA team is already aware of this issue too and working on a fix. Meanwhile, the most recent Apex Legends battle pass has been disabled.

01:07 pm (IST): Respawn has now acknowledged the Apex coins issue and said that the team is currently investigating it.

Update 2 (March 13, 2023)

11:17 am (IST): Multiple Apex Legends players (1,2,3,4,5,6) have taken to social media platforms to report that Apex coins are not showing up in their accounts. It seems that it is affecting those who buy coins via Steam.

Update 3 (June 21, 2023)

01:37 pm (IST): Some players are again reporting (1, 2, 3) that they are not receiving Apex Coins that they have purchased.
