In the music streaming services segment, Tidal is one of the biggest names. The company boasts of offering music in the highest possible quality to differentiate itself from the rest.
The platform directly faces big players in the segment such as Spotify, YouTube Music and Apple Music, among others.
However, it appears that numerous Tidal users are currently unable to access the service as it’s down or not working for them.
Tidal down, not working or throws ‘Something went wrong’ error
Multiple reports indicate that Tidal is inaccessible for multiple users who only get a ‘Something went wrong’ error message when trying to log in with their credentials.

@TIDALSupport Tidal seems down (That can happen!) — but can you implement some sort of grace period where only downloaded content can be played?
It seems the outage is partial since some people reportedly can still use the service without problems.
Not for everybody, I have friends still able to use it
There is still no official word on this issue from the Tidal team. So, it remains to be seen how longer it will be inaccessible.
