New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on February 6, 2023) follows:

However, currently multiple users are unable to enjoy the service as the platform servers appear to be down or not working.
Crave TV down, not working or throws ‘Something went wrong’ error
Fresh reports indicate that several Crave TV viewers are getting ‘Something went wrong’ error message when trying to access content from the streaming platform.
Hey @CraveCanada, I don’t ask for much, but when you kick me out of my account, I go to sign in on my TV and I either get 3 dots to activate or a code that is unresponsive to activation, come on…
Is Crave TV down…again(second Sunday evening)?!?
There seems to be another issue that’s probably a consequence of the outage. Apparently, some subscribers are not receiving the activation code when they try to sign back in.
Cant get activation code
Went to watch a show on my ps5 and was signed out for some reason, when i try to sign back in it just doesn’t show me the activation code…. already deleted and re installed the app, re-started the ps5, tried it on a different account and nothing seems to work. Anyone know a fix.
Can’t find activation code Playstation
There is still no official word on this issue from the Crave TV team. We will update this story as events unfold in the future.
