According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), some Sky Q Box owners have been experiencing an issue where episodes of the various shows they’re watching are not stacking or grouping together.

They are finding it quite difficult to access the recorded shows or movies since the Sky Q recordings are not stacked correctly.

Along with this, some also claimed that the thumbnails for the downloaded or recorded episodes do not appear properly or rather are missing.

A customer complained that they had been facing a similar issue where all of the recorded programs would have no thumbnail or a blank blue tile.

Some have been facing similar issues with Sky Atlantic, Sky Comedy, and ITV4.

Some of those affected have even tried rebooting the box and downloading the episodes again, but that didn’t help solve their problem.

It is also worth mentioning that Sky had earlier claimed to have fully resolved these problems. The company had also closed the related long-running forum thread early last month.

Sky subscribers allege that even though their internet connectivity and download speeds are good, they are still facing these problems. This is understandably frustrating and annoying.

Fortunately, Sky’s official team recently responded and provided further clarifications on the matter.

We do hope that Sky fixes the persistent issues soon so that its customers can browse through and enjoy viewing content as intended.

That said, we will keep an eye on the issue where some episodes are not stacking and other others missing thumbnails on Sky Q Box and update this story.
