Mercari app & website down or not working? You're not alone, issue acknowledged

Mercari is an electronic commerce platform with Japanese origin. The company achieved rapid popularity and managed to expand to other territories in not too long.

Like other similar platforms (such as eBay), it is not only made up of official stores. Other normal or individual users can also create accounts and start selling.

That said, it seems that currently Mercari servers are in the middle of an outage since both the app and the website are down or not working.

Multiple users report that the e-commerce platform is inaccessible at the moment. According to reports, they are getting ‘error 404’ or a white screen.

Is Mercari down?

On app version. Noticed everything had zeroes on it but still had the heart counts only for some odd reason, so I cleaned my cache and then tried to log back in. Now I cannot get back into my account. It’s not sending emails or SMS for the code to get into my account… 🙁

Mercari App not working?

Anybody else having troubles with their app? I’m on most current version of IOS, and most current version of app. When I go to my notifications page I see who’s liked my stuff, try to tap into any listing to make offers… and basically get a whited out screen.

Fortunately, the Mercari team is already aware of the outage and working to resolve it. However, there is still no ETA for restoring the services.
