O2 Priority (in collaboration with Ticketmaster) is one of the platforms through which Beyoncé fans can access presale tickets for the Renaissance World Tour. However, it seems that things are not going quite right.
Multiple users report that the Beyoncé Tour Ticketmaster presale via O2 Priority is riddled of issues like process stuck in queue, not loading, or app broken.
Beyoncé Ticketmaster presale via O2 Priority app stuck in queue, not loading, or broken
Through O2 Priority, users can obtain a link that will allow them to access the presale. O2 is not directly selling the tickets, they are redirecting to Ticketmaster.
However, multiple reports indicate that the O2 servers are collapsing during the process. This causes the generation of the link to remain stuck in queue or not loading.
I’m soooooo tired of the struggle for tickets whenever there is a presale. 30 mins of being in a queue to only then get sent to the front of the queue again #O2Priority #ticketmaster

You need the link from the O2 priority app in order to buy your ticket today, presale tickets can’t be accessed directly via ticketmaster ☹️ #RENAISSANCEWorldTour

The O2 support team is already aware of the issue. They explained that everything is due to an overload on their servers due to high demand.
Meanwhile, the Ticketmaster team confirms that fans cannot access the presale directly from the website. They need to use the personal O2 Priority link.
Hi there, please ensure you are following the link in the O2 Priority app. The presale can’t be accessed via the Ticketmaster website directly. Thanks!
