Amazon Prime Video is one of the most well-known subscription-based online streaming services with a wide selection of series and films. It also offers a number of titles that are only available on Prime Video.
One such show is ‘The Last of Us’, a post-apocalyptic drama which is based on one of the most popular video games of the same title.

According to reports, a number of fans are unable to watch episode 3 as it’s been unplayable. The play button has seemingly been replaced with a ‘This video is currently unavailable’ prompt.
Even users with Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max subscriptions are unable to watch the episode and are facing this issue on almost every platform including PlayStation or Smart TV.
This is incredibly frustrating as after successfully watching the first two episodes, fans are unable to play the third one.

Moreover, owing to the popularity of the show, it is also available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar. But what’s worth noting is the fact that according to the official claim, it was stated that the show will be available to stream on HBO Max in 4K.
However, in a recent tweet, support said that it is not available in 4K. This undoubtedly further adds to viewers’ frustration and confusion regarding the whereabouts of ‘The Last of Us’ show.
No official word in sight
So far, there is no official word from Amazon about the unavailability of episode 3. So, users might have to wait indefinitely for the team to fix this issue.
That said, we’ll keep track of the situation and post an update if and when there are any further developments regarding the matter.
