New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on January 27, 2023) follows:
Marvel Snap arrived in mid-2022 as a mobile card game based on the characters and stories of the successful franchise born in comics.
Although it is a card game, it seeks to offer a fast and frenetic pace. Players can choose from hundreds of heroes (and villains) from the Marvel universe to form their teams.
That said, currently Marvel Snap is down, not working or throwing ‘Aw, Snap’ error when players try to log into their accounts.
Marvel Snap down, not working or throwing ‘Aw, Snap’
According to multiple reports, the game is currently inaccessible to multiple players. They are unable to log in due to an ‘Aw, Snap’ error message.
#MarvelSnap login issues are occuring in ALL regions (US/EU/ASIA/AUS/INDIA) – main users question is: how much credits compensation you think you will get? 🤔

Everything indicates that the problem is due to an ongoing server outage. However, there is still no official acknowledgment of this issue from the developers.
We will be monitoring the situation to update this story as events unfold.
Update 1 (January 27, 2023)
02:50 pm (IST): Since no new reports related to the outage have surfaced in the past couple of hours, it seems that the game is now available again.
However, upon returning to the game, some users found that all their progress had been wiped out from the device and their accounts were no longer linked, having to start over from the tutorial (1, 2).
In such cases, it is best not to continue playing to avoid overwriting your account (losing your progress permanently). What you should do first is access the game settings and relink your account, then wait for your progress to load.
