Don't like Apple tvOS 16.2 'Up Next' layout in TV app? Here's what you can tweak for a better experience

I’m setting “TV Button” from “Apple TV App” to “Home Screen” with “Home Screen,” “Top Shelf” set to “Up Next” to avoid the new ATV app as much as possible. A step backward from the prior app interface, but much better than the new version. How long until home gets spammed?
