Reports suggest that the game is showing players the same message after the end of each turn. This has ultimately led them into believing that it is lame and rigged.

Some are even convinced that nobody really gets to win in this game as suggested by the barrage of complaints that has currently populated Twitter.

People calling the game a scam

The repeated failed attempts at the Starbucks for Life game have also prompted a number of players (1,2,3,4,5) to call it a scam.

As per another statement, players may get a ‘lose’ message if they shake the globe, according to the Official Rules.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that you are not a winner lately! According to the Official Rules when you shake the globe, a “lose” message is a possibility. As you play and get more pieces, you will notice this message will pop up more as the board fills up. Keep playing to win! -Shay
