Granted, we have prepared this tracker to keep you up to date with the latest info. whenever Reddit is not working, goes down or has a downtime in 2023 for any reason.

Following are some instructions that’ll help you go through this tracker easily:

  • This is a text-only tracker that focuses on highlighting the incidents of outage and/ the service in question going down or becoming temporarily dysfunctional for some reason.
  • The outage reports highlighted in this tracker are based on user reports on social media platforms like Twitter & Reddit, along with Downdetector – a platform that monitors real-time problems and outages in popular services.
  • The time of the update is mentioned in IST and is in 24×7 format. Also note, the text updates will show up in ascending order with the latest coming at the bottom.
  • That’s all for the instructions.

    Update 8 [September 20; 08:51]: Some users getting ‘you cannot view this community’ error in app.

    a. [15:48]: ‘You cannot view this community’ error apparently fixed as reports stopped.

    Update 7 [August 17; 10:23]: Reddit app experiencing issues for some.

    a. [16:04]: Reddit app apparently working fine again.

    Update 6 [July 17; 09:08]: New Reddit server outage reported.

    a. [11:56]: Reddit search was down, but now it’s working fine.

    Update 5 [July 13; 09:05]: Latest server outage already fixed.

    Update 4 [July 12; 17:38]: New Reddit server outage reported by some.

    Update 3 [June 13; 08:29]: Reddit currently down or not working for multiple users.

    a. [13:00]: Latest outage fixed. Some subreddits still closed as a protest against new API.

    Update 2 [May 22; 14:08]: Reddit search down or not working correctly.

    a. [16:30]: Reddit search reported issues already fixed.

    Update 1 [Jan. 6; 10:14]: Service currently down or not working.

    a. [19:35]: The recent outage has now been resolved.
