Has anyone else had their Hogwarts Legacy pre order cancelled on them?

It happened to me about an hour and a half ago and I can’t figure out why. It says I still own it when I check the Microsoft store but I don’t understand what’s going on.

Apparently, everything is due to a delay in Xbox One version. This not only affects those who bought the Xbox version, but also the Digital Deluxe Edition for Series X/S since it includes the ‘last-gen’ version.

Some players are reporting that they never received an email to manage the pre-order before the cancelation. WB Games confirmed that this is an issue that they are aware of.

Also, according to a community mod, PlayStation users have had no problems receiving the pre-order confirmation email.

To top it off, if you are one of those affected, you just have to make a new pre-order through the Xbox Store. This will also include the Xbox One version, but with a modified availability date.
