Colorful Stage for Android reportedly crashing for some on completing a song after recent update

Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage, also known as ‘Project Sekai: Colorful Stage’ is a mobile rhythm game developed by Colorful Palette.

The developers made the game more appealing to the audience by introducing Crypton Future Media’s popular virtual singers such as Hatsune Miku, Megurine Luka, KAITO, and many more.

The game also features about twenty human characters grouped into five units each with a unique theme.

One can also enjoy the game in multiplayer mode with friends and family on both Android and iOS-based mobile devices.

However, like any other game, Colorful Stage also suffers from occasional bugs and issues.

Apparently, some players (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) have been experiencing crashing issues while playing the game on their Android-based devices.

The problem, which makes Colorful Stage unplayable for some, is said to have occurred after the recently released update on Android.

Gamers are unable to progress further in the game as it crashes as soon as one completes a song or a show. It happens even before they can proceed to the rewards screen and have their profile or account stats updated.

The players reportedly get a ‘black screen’ or a ‘Not responding’ message, after which the game crashes to the smartphone’s home screen.

The fact that they don’t even acknowledge the crashing issue on twitter and are instead trying to get people to spend money is ridiculous. New event just dropped and android users are gonna be behind and miss out on a lot.

Some gamers are disappointed because they are unable to experience and enjoy the gameplay as it was intended.

The problem appears to have been plaguing Android users for about a week, but the developers are yet to respond.

Some were of the view that if one misses a game event because of the bug, then they should be compensated and fairly rewarded for the same.

Unfortunately, the developers have not yet officially acknowledged the issue. So, players will have to wait for some time to get the issue resolved.

Also, there seems to be no possible workaround for the situation, as of now. Even though some tried to clear the cache, update their phones, and reinstall the game completely nothing seems to have worked.

We are hopeful that the developers will fix the crashing issue on Android devices soon.
