Faction Wars is a Mortal Kombat Mobile PvP game mode in which you combat AI versions of a real player’s team. In this mode, players compete on a regular basis to climb their Faction’s leaderboard charts and earn amazing rewards.

However, players have reported that the game constantly restarts after each round, or that it completely crashes or freezes in between matches, resulting in a team loss in Faction Wars mode.

This problem currently stops Mortal Kombat Mobile players from climbing the leaderboard and hence reaching for better rewards.

My game keeps crashing every time when it finds an opponent in Faction Wars(Quick Play and Survival).
Can you please help me with this issue? I legit cannot play Faction Wars At all currently

Mostly happy with the update. Cool new fighters and features. Please fix Faction Wars (after the battles, it isn’t showing the correct stats). The game is crashing far more than normal. Please please please fix the over saturated colors. It’s too dark now. Thanks!

Issue acknowledged

Fortunately, WB Games support has confirmed that the team has been made aware of the situation and is now working on a patch. However, no ETA for a fix was provided.

We hope a patch is released soon because the Faction Wars game mode is now unplayable due to the crashing and freezing issues.

As always, we will be keeping an eye out on the issues and update this article once we come across more information so stay tuned.

Update 1 (October 11, 2022)

09:15 am (IST): Many Mortal Kombat Mobile players are reporting frequent crashes in Battle 140 right after killing Scorpion. The game experiences crashing issues immediately after the character is killed.

Fortunately, we did come across a few workarounds that you can try for a potential fix. One of them involves killing Scorpion and dying within 10 seconds to avoid the crash.

managed to kill Scorpion and die within 10 seconds, no issues since.

If this doesn’t work, here are some tips to prevent crashes during Battle 140.

Update 2 (December 15, 2022)

11:00 am (IST): Mortal Kombat Mobile players on iOS are reporting (1,2,3) another issue where the game crashes or stays stuck on loading when entering a Tower. This appears to have popped up after the recent update.

Ok, after the last update, this game should be called “Mkrash Mobile”! FW crashes all the time, I can’t finish any mode. The tower already crashed 5 times! The game is unplayable!
